Phase 1. Analysis

Our delivery process always begins with discovery, or a needs assessment, which we use to build a roadmap for achieving the goals you outline. We don�t act until we fully understand what you want to achieve, and if your own goals are unclear we help you clarify them. This phase is also used to build the strong communications channels that will drive the project through it�s later stages.

Phase 2. Design

Based on the roadmap developed in the analysis phase, Zenith Tech Solutions, together with input from your team, develops a detailed project plan which incorporates budgets, timelines and resources. In this phase, important decisions are made regarding critical components like software, hardware, user interface, reports, permissions, security, infrastructure requirements and database schema.

Phase 3. Development

When you sign off on the final design we start developing. We hand-code all our products and it does make a difference. This is one of the keys that distinguish craftsmen as opposed to production line operators. The benefit to you is clean, functional standards compliant code saves money by being easier to maintain and is easier to update or expand.

Phase 4. Test

Even for small systems, testing is vital. We work hard to cover all user scenarios, via system integration testing, validation, user acceptance testing as well as making sure your system meets the technical requirements laid down in the analysis phase.

Phase 5. Deliver

Once testing is complete we confirm for the final time that the solution meets all the requirements laid out in the initial phase. We then launch your product, confident that you have a professional user-friendly solution.

Phase 6. Support

We provide free support for a month after delivery. We also encourage dialogue with how to introduce practical processes that drive the ongoing evolution and effectiveness of your product.
